I first met Ricky when we were pupils in Ms. Waldron’s Class 3A at Wesley Hall Primary from where we both passed for Boys Foundation School. I remember the class walking from King Street to Reddifusion on River Road to record Christmas carols. He did a solo which I remember listening to afterwards and thinking how well he could sing. We were 9 or 10 years old.
My most cherished memory of him however, is when he accompanied my wife’s friend Wendy Knight singing at our wedding. Fortunately, we have a wedding video. He was so gracious!
My wife Olivia an I extend our condolences to his children, siblings, extended family and friends. May glad bless you all!
